Paddington Osteopathy Clinic

What our osteopath treats
Our Osteopath will treat both the area of pain or injury in the body and any inherent weakness that may have caused or contributed to the problem, accident, or pain. Osteopathic treatment can help with common complaints such as:

Chronic or recurrent back and lower back pain
Mechanical neck pain and headaches
Arthritic pain
Painful or stiff joints
Frozen shoulder, tennis elbow
Leg pain and sciatica
Nerve pain such as neuralgia
There are many other physical complaints that our Paddington Osteopath can provide effective treatment for, and where diagnosis suggests osteopathy is not appropriate, our Osteopath will refer you to a medical practitioner, consultant, specialist, or therapist in the Paddington area.

Our Osteopath uses a wide range of techniques, including joint mobilization, manipulation, massage, cranial osteopathic techniques, visceral mobilisation, and exercise (including Pilates). This breadth of approach allows us to tailor a treatment plan to your individual needs to ensure the best outcome.
