All Pilates classes are flexible, adhere to defined clinical standards and requirements and are designed to help you achieve your desired exercise goals. Our approachable and friendly team will be happy to tailor a programme to meet a wide range of budgets.

Programme Structure

Essentially, our programmes are conducted in courses of five or ten classes to meet specific and predetermined goals. Before commencing a Pilates programme, you will be required to undertake an Introductory Assessment where your needs and goals will be explored and assessed. This ensures that our team select the programme best suited to your specific needs. Reviews will be carried out at key stages to assess your progress. This ongoing support ensures that you optimise your time with us.

At the Little Venice Pilates studio, we combine a people centred approach underpinned by clinically supervised Pilates programmes. Our pilates classes take place in our beautifully appointed and well equipped pilates studio. Our team of experienced Pilates instructors and physiotherapists will prescribe an appropriate course of treatment to ensure a successful outcome for you.

In order to ensure you receive the most attentive and effective treatment to meet your needs, we offer either intensive one-to-one sessions or small group classes with a maximum of four participants. It is this unwavering commitment to quality of care that means you can expect outstanding results and real progress as you follow your prescribed course of Pilates.

At Little Venice Pilates, we offer three distinct types of Pilates classes:


Mat Pilates - floorwork on mats that can incorporate the use of small equipment.

Studio Pilates - exercises using ergonomically designed equipment

Pregnancy Pilates - floorwork and studio classes designed to be gently effective during and immediately after pregnancy.


Mat Pilates

Pilates matwork develops the basic techniques and principles of Pilates. This form of Pilates relies entirely on the body as a means to exercise efficiently.
