Post-natal Pilates classes
Our post-natal Pilates classes offer women a wonderful opportunity to gently bring their bodies back into alignment after the rigours of childbirth. New mothers are led through a specially designed programme to sensitively rehabilitate their bodies enabling them to regain their natural vitality, suppleness and strength. At Little Venice Pilates and Physiotherapy, we offer one to one studio sessions, mat sessions and group mat sessions specialising in pre and post natal Pilates.
