Programme Structure

Essentially, our programmes are conducted in courses of ten classes to meet specific and predetermined goals. Before commencing a Pilates programme, you will be required to undertake an Introductory Assessment where your needs and goals will be explored and assessed. This ensures that our team select the programme best suited to your specific needs. Reviews will be carried out at key stages to assess your progress. This ongoing support ensures that you optimise your time with us.
